Biological  Services

SFC has a core team of biologists experienced with large scale construction projects, we are familiar with the needs of housing developers, major construction companies, and state/federal agencies such as the US Army Corps of Engineers. We provide support from the beginning stages of a project in which the needs and specific types of biologists are identified and can effortlessly transition into project needs; initial biological survey for both plants and animals, day-to-day compliance monitoring, training work crews to identify and avoid specific plants, animals, burrows, and nesting locations. We can provide a map and digital data to track nests, burrows, data on broken environmental barriers such as exclusionary fencing, SWPPP waddle placement, and silt fencing.
