Archaeological Services & Specialties

• Archaeological Construction Monitoring - One of our core services, we have over a dozen active archaeologists and lead archaeologists ready to monitor construction day or night, with demanding schedules and changing needs. We can consult with contractors in every step of the process from identifying monitoring needs, conducting the monitoring, recording sites and artifacts and becoming the cultural liaison to any lead agencies or entities. This service typically includes some type of final document/report based on client needs and templates.

• Archaeological Pedestrian & Drone - Survey Intense pedestrian and targeted drone survey available to help clients navigate environmental compliance and identify cultural resources and sites within a given project area. This service typically includes some type of final document/report based on client needs and templates.

• Archaeological Research - A multifaceted approach to research that includes a California Historic Resource Information System search in addition to a full-range desktop review that covers aerial photos, historical documents, map review and project-local resource reviews such as historical societies and in-person interviews. This service typically includes some type of final document/report based on client needs and templates.

• ​Artifact Replication - For academic purposes, mitigation measures and educational exhibits we have an in-house expert with a decades of experience in artifact replication. 

Biological Services & Specialties

• Biological Construction Monitoring - We offer a full spectrum of options for biological monitoring from reptile and plant identification and management, bat survey, nesting bird survey, spot-checking, burrow surveys, etc. Reach out to us with your specific needs!​

Forensic Services & Specialties

• We have multiple in-house archaeologists with osteological backgrounds, including our Owner and Operator, Pete Morris who has been a lead archaeologist on several osteological projects. Mr. Morris has experience working on remote islands in the Pacific doing burial repatriation for the Unites States Marine Corps from WWII.

• We have specialized equipment to detect the presence of cremation remains

Construction Services

• Drone construction management - We conduct a fly-over of in-progress construction work and utilize set photo points to convey progress and updates to construction and executive teams anywhere at any time. Also available is a walk-through of the project area with a 3D camera which enables a client to stop, rewind, zoom or pan the camera to any specific area or component of the construction process.

• Underground Utility Discovery and Mapping - Using a Ground Penetrating Radar we can map out and discover abandoned or forgotten utility lines for removal or avoidance on site. 

• 3D Mapping - We have the capability to render an object, building or structure in 3D , can be done at intervals or upon completion/planning stages.

• On the Horizon.... We're currently digging into the information available on FLIR/LiDAR drones, stay tuned!
